RETURN POLICY

You can feel safe shopping with us, which is why we offer a simple 30-day return policy as soon as the moment you receive your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days (top) to return the unworn merchandise, with all labels still attached, for a refund.

We want to le you know that our company policies do not allow us to make changes, but we can receive your garment for return and give you a refund of your order so that you can make a new one, with the size or model you want to have in order to be adjusted to your needs.

All returns are subject to quality approval from our warehouse.

To be selected for a return, the items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the original shipment under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, with all labels still attached, and sent back in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not use perfume or deodorant when trying on the garment.
  • For hygienic reasons, we ask you to wear underwear when trying on our garments. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be acceptable for return and will be shipped back to you.
  • Although not mandatory, it is recommended to return these items with the tracking number as our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange or refund can be processed.
  • For orders outside the United States, the customer must pay for international shipping to our warehouse. International shipping is not refundable, only the value of the garment.
  • Regular processing time for exchanges and returns is 7-14 days from the moment your package arrives at our warehouse. All changes and unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card, used for the purchase or PayPal account.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that it may take up to 1 billing cycle before this refund is viewed as a credit. Returned merchandise that does not meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees (up to 50% of the original price).
  • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
  • Unclaimed packages returned to our warehouse are subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking fee.

* NOTE: For health reasons some of the items sold on our site (mainly bras and some but not all girdles and panties) are considered "FINAL SALE" which means that we cannot accept them for return or exchange. Final sale items are always noted on their respective pages and you will always be informed when a final sale item is in your shopping cart, before starting the checkout process. Items in the Clearance - Promotion category are considered final sale.

** Gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

*** Discount coupons or coupons are not valid on clearance items.
